Pyrgomorphidae : 5 genera
The head is acutely conical and the face strongly oblique. The fastigium
of the vertex and temporal foveolae are plane. The fastigial furrow is
present. The prosternal process is tubercle-like or collar-like. Hind
femur is slender and the lower basal lobe is usually longer than upper
one. In this family some species have aposematic colors like Poekilocerus
bufonius hieroglyphicus
