Pamphagodidae : 1 genus
This family* is characterized by two parallel median carinae. The head
is conical and the fastigial furrow is present. The lower basal lobe of
hind femur is equal to upper one.
Pamphagodidae are native of South Africa. Pamphagodes
riffensis (photo) is an exception, this species being present
only in the Middle Atlas mountains.
