Dericorythidae : 4 genera
A family characterised by a humpback which forms a crest in prozona of
pronotum. The lower basal lobe of hind femur is as long as the upper
lobe. The tibiae are long and curved. The tegmina and wings are either
fully developed, reduced or absent. The large size species Dericorys
albidula (photo), is characterized by its strong crest in the
prozona.
